Economic and social effects of unemployment on humans

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou nezaměstnanosti a jejími ekonomickými a sociálními dopady na člověka. Práce je složena z teoretické a praktické části. Cílem práce je analyzovat problematiku dopadů nezaměstnanosti, které působí na nezaměstnané a zjistit, které konkrétní dopady sužují nezaměstnané nejvíce a jak se nezaměstnaní lidé s těmito dopady vyrovnávají a v závěru z toho šetření vyvodit obecné charakteristiky. První kapitola se zabývá charakteristikou trhu práce. Druhá kapitola popisuje problematiku nezaměstnanosti, včetně jejího rozdělení dle příčin vzniku. Třetí kapitola se zabývá Úřadem práce. Čtvrtá kapitola definuje sociální skupiny, které jsou znevýhodněné na trhu práce a zkoumá jejich výhody a nevýhody. V páté kapitole se práce zabývá charakteristikou nejčastějších dopadů nezaměstnanosti. V části praktické je za pomoci dvou případových studií analyzován život dvou lidí, kteří se v nedávné době potýkali, či potýkají s nezaměstnaností. Byly nalezené možnosti řešení jejich situace, které by vedly ke zlepšení jejich stavu. Následně se práce zamýšlí nad vyvozením obecných charakteristik, vyplývajících z provedeného výzkumu. Podařilo se stanovit obecné doporučení, s cílem zlepšení průběhu období nezaměstnanosti.

Abstract:

The purpose of this bachelor's thesis was to analyze unemployment and its economic and social impacts on humans. The work consists of theoretical and practical parts. The aim of this work is to analyze the issue of the effects of unemployment, which affect the unemployed and determine which specific impacts afflict the unemployed first and how unemployed people cope with the effects and at the end to draw general characteristics. The first chapter deals with the characteristics of the labor market. The second chapter describes the issue of unemployment, including this breakdown by cause. The third chapter deals with the Labor Office. The fourth chapter defines social groups that are disadvantaged in the labor market and examines their advantages and disadvantages. In the fifth chapter we deal with the characteristics together with other effects of unemployment. In the practical part, with the help of two case studies, the life of two people who are recently struggling or are facing unemployment is analyzed. Possibilities were found for solving their situation, which would lead to an improvement in their condition. Subsequently, the work considers the derivation of general characteristics resulting from proven research. We managed to set a general recommendation in order to improve the course of the period of unemployment.
