Abstract:
Hlavní příčinou poranění předního zkříženého vazu kolenního kloubu je úraz při sportovních aktivitách. Typickými příznaky tohoto poranění jsou otok, bolest, omezená hybnost a nestabilita. U ruptury předního zkříženého vazu není postup terapie jednotný. K léčbě poraněného vazu můžeme přistupovat konzervativně nebo operačně. Abstract:
The main cause of the anterior cruciate ligament injury are accidents during sport activities. Typical symptoms of such injury are tumescence, pain, limited mobility and instability. With the rupture of the ACL , the therapeutical process is not the one only. The access to the therapy of injured ligament may be a conservative or operating one.
