Práce si klade za cíl zhodnocení efektu rekvalifikačních kurzů, na které vojákům po ukončení služebního poměru přispívá Armáda České republiky. Důraz je kladen především na posouzení rychlosti nalezení práce při absolvování rekvalifikačního kurzu oproti stavu, kdy voják rekvalifikační kurz s finanční podporou AČR neabsolvuje. The work aims to evaluate the effect of retraining courses, to which the Army of the Czech Republic contributes to the soldiers after termination of service.
