LowThreshold Centre and its role in thestrategyofsocialpolicy in Litvinov

Abstract:

Nízkoprahová centra jsou jakýmsi pokračováním v jiné formě v minulosti zřízených Domů Pionýrů, klubů modelářů, skautů, turistické a sportovní kluby a další. Jedná se vlastně o azyl, který je poskytován dětem a mládeži v jejich volném čase. Zejména jde o to, aby děti měly volný čas naplněný smysluplně. Centra vznikají na podkladě komunitních plánů jednotlivých měst. Čím větší skupina lidí z různých oborů, společenských skupin se na tvorbě komunitního plánu podílí, tím je zaručen úspěch případných nápadů, inovací, rekonstrukcí, pomoc občanům v nouzi. Zde je nutné upozornit na to, že je velice důležité mít plnou podporu politiků a to napříč politickým spektrem. Cíle, jichž chceme dosáhnout, něco vybudovat musí být reálné a tuto podporu nezbytně potřebují. Na tuto podporu se pak váže finanční spoluúčast města a vhodné využití všech možných a dostupných dotací, které se v rámci měst, krajů, státu, EU poskytují. Město Litvínov tvoří ve vybudování nízkoprahového centra v Janově, výjimku, neboť našlo podporu u politiků a vedení města ještě před zahájením práce na komunitním plánu města.

Abstract:

Drop-in centers continuing in a tradition of Pioneers Homes, hat was established in the past. This is actually the asylum, which is provided to children and youth in their spare time. The main goal is a reasonable use of free time for children. The Centers are on the basis of community plans of individual cities. The larger group of people from different disciplines and social groups develop a community plan, the more the success of any ideas, innovation, reconstruction, assistance to citizens in need is guaranteed. It should be noted that it is very important to have the full support of politicians across the political spectrum. The objectives we want to achieve, it means to build something, must be real and this support is then crucially needed. This support is then linked to the financial participation of the town, and the appropriate use of all possible and available grants which are provided in competence of cities, counties and EU. The city of Litvinov is an exception in the build of Drop-in Centre because it found support at the leaders and the leadership of the city before the commencement of work on the Community plan was started to be implemented.
