Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o kvalitě služeb rychlého občerstvení. Teoretická část se zabývá oblastí služeb a problematikou jejich kvality. Součástí teoretické části je i česká a evropská legislativní úprava v oblasti potravin. Předpisy pojednávají o minimálních požadavcích na zdravotní nezávadnost pokrmů, o správné výrobní a hygienické praxi a o systému kritických bodů (HACCP). Dále je představen vybraný …more

This thesis is concerned with quality of fast food services. The theoretical part deals with the services and service quality issues. The theoretical part includes the Czech and European legislative regulation of food.
