Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na stručný vhled do oblasti trestných činů daňových. Daně jsou povinná platba, kterou určuje zákon. Nikdo nechce platit na daních více, než musí. Platit méně, než vyžaduje zákon, zase zakazuje stát. Stát vyžaduje placení daní a trestá ty, kteří nedodržují své daňové povinnosti. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis provides a brief insight into the area of tax crimes. Taxes are mandatory payments determined by law. No one wants to pay more in taxes than they have to. Paying less than required by law is prohibited by the state. The state requires tax payment and penalizes those who fail to fulfill their tax obligations.
