Genetic defects of immune system in early onset inflammatory bowel disease
Abstract:
Střevní záněty jsou onemocnění s polygenním podtextem, typicky se projevující v dospělosti. U střevních zánětů s časným nástupem, které se projevují v dětském věku, bylo však nalezeno mnoho případů pod-míněných monogenními mutacemi, často v jednom z genů spojených s funkcí imunitního systému.
Abstract:
Inflammatory bowel disease is an illness with polygenic subtext that typically manifests in adulthood. There have been found many cases with inflammatory bowel disease with early onset, which manifests itself in early childhood, that are conditioned by monogenic mutations, often in one of the genes connected with the function of immune system.
