Factors Having Influence for Quality of Life Patients with Remited Depressive Disorders

Abstract:

Diplomová práce shrnuje poznatky o kvalit života depresivních pacient v remisi.Popisuje terminologické a metodologické problémy pojmu kvalita života. Kvalita života obecn vyjaduje subjektivní posouzení vlastní životní situace z mnoha možných úhl, které jsou rozdílné podle životních hodnot nebo aktuálního stavu jedince. Pro nemocného lovka je dležitá kvalita života týkající se jeho zdraví. Tato specifická kvalita života sleduje zmnu prožívání navozenou nemocí i léebnou péí a stává se vhodným nástrojem pro mení úspšnosti léby. Metoda: 92 respondent (46 pacient s depresivní poruchou v remisi, 46 respondent kontrolní skupiny) bylo testováno neuropsychologickými testy. 46 pacient s depresivní poruchou v remisi vyplnilo dotazník subjektivn hodnocené kvality života (SQUALA-CZ). Výsledky: Subjektivní kvalita života byla odlišn hodnocena u muž a žen, u respondent s partnerským vztahem a bez partnerského vztahu a v temperamentu. V provedené studii jsme potvrdili deficit kognitivních funkcí u pacient s depresivní poruchou v remisi. Výsledky výzkumu ukázaly, že výkon skupiny pacient byl statisticky signifikantn nižší v testu inteligence, testu pamti, v pozornosti, schopnosti uit se novému, psychomotorice a temperamentu. V testu slovní plynulosti nebyl shledán statisticky signifikantní rozdíl mezi obma skupinami (pacienti s depresivní poruchou v remisi a kontrolní skupinou). Diskuze: Píinou popsaných rozdíl v kvalit života mohou být krom psychologických mechanizm a vlivu klinického stavu i demografické parametry souboru. Cílem naší práce bylo posoudit do jaké míry souvisejí dílí deficity kognitivních funkcí s kvalitou života.

Abstract:

A graduation thesis summarizes recent findings about the quality of life of patients with remitted depressive disorders. It describes the terminological and methodological problems of the concept quality of life. Quality of life may be conceived as an individuals general satisfaction with with life and general sense of wellbeing. Health related quality of life is directly related to an individuals sense of heath and health care. In this case the quality of life becomes a relevant measure of efficacy of medical treatment. Method: 92 respondents (46 patients with remitted depressive disorders, 46 subjects of control group) were examined using neuropsychological tests. 46 patients with remitted depressive disorders rated their subjective QOL (SQUALA-CZ). Results: We investigate gender, partnership and temperament differences in effects of psychiatric patients on subjective quality of life. In our study we confirmed the existence of cognitive deficit in patients with remitted depressive disorders. Our results manifested that performance of patients was statistically lower in test of intelligence; in memory test, attention, ability to learn new skills, psychomotor rate and temperament. In the verbal fluency test there was no statistically significant difference between both groups (patients with remitted depressive disorders and the control group). Discussion: The observed differences of patients with remitted depressive disorders in quality of life may be related to psychological and demographic variations. The purpose of our job was assessing to which extent partial cognitive function deficiencies correspond to quality of life.
