Communication mistakes of management of a selected factory

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce má za cíl analyzovat komunikační chyby řídících pracovníků Krajské správy Českého statistického úřadu v Českých Budějovicích. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na objasnění základních pojmů týkajících se komunikace, vysvětluje druhy a primární funkce komunikace. Dále se soustředí na vnitropodnikovou a manažerskou komunikaci, charakterizuje funkce, typy a cíle komunikace v organizacích, pojmy komunikační klima a zpětná vazba. V aplikační části jsem provedl analýzu komunikačních chyb řídících pracovníků Krajské správy Českého statistického úřadu v Českých Budějovicích. Ke sběru dat jsem zvolil metodu dotazování, ve které byly využity rozhovory s vedoucími pracovníky tohoto úřadu. Další data jsem získal formou dotazníkového šetření, jehož respondenty jsou řadoví pracovníci Krajské správy Českého statistického úřadu v Českých Budějovicích. Výsledky šetření jsou zpracovány pomocí grafů. Nedílnou součástí bakalářské práce je diskuse výsledků, ve které jsou stanovené odpovědi na položené výzkumné otázky. Na závěr uvádím návrhy opatření, které dle mého názoru povedou k odstranění zjištěných komunikačních chyb.

Abstract:

This bachelor´s thesis has the main goal to analyze communication mistakes which are made by managers of the Czech Statistical Office, Regional Office České Budějovice. The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on the clarification of basic terms used in communication, and the explanation of the types and primary functions of communication. Also it is concentrated on interdepartmental and manager communication, characterized functions, types and goals of communication in the organizations, and specific terms which are used such as communication climate and feedback. In the practical part, I made an analysis of communication mistakes made by managers of the Czech Statistical Office, Regional Office České Budějovice. To the collection of data, I chose the method of questionnaire which contained interviews with managers from this Office. Other data was received through survey, whose participants are regular employees of the Czech Statistical Office, Regional Office České Budějovice. The results of the survey are presented with the help of graphs. Integral part of this bachelor´s thesis is discussion of the results, in which are presented responses from the questionnaire and survey. Finally I present my ideas for solutions which would lead to removal of communication mistakes that were made.
