ECOWAS and its role in conflict management in West Africa
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá nástroji ECOWAS použitelnými při managementu konfliktů, jejich vývojem, aplikací a zhodnocením jejich využívání. Cílem práce je zhodnotit roli ECOWAS v oblasti managementu konfliktů za pomocí analýzi vybraných konfliktů a v nich využitých nastrojů. Pozornost je věnována také vývoji ECOWAS a jednotlivým orgánům, které v managementu konfliktů hrají roli.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis deals with instruments of ECOWAS which could be used in conflict management, their development, application and evaluation of their use. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the role of ECOWAS in conflict management by analysing chosen conflicts and instruments used in them.
