Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je analýza potreby rozvoja ľudských zdrojov a navrhnutie vhodného rozvojového programu pre pracovníkov. V prvom rade boli vytvorené hodnotiace štandardy pre pozície čašník/čašníčka a cukrárka v oblastiach ako sú kompetencie, schopnosti a odborné znalosti a dovednosti.
