Abstract:
V této práci bylo antropogenetickými metodami určováno pohlaví, věk a původ jedinců pohřbených se skořápkami vajec na velkomoravském pohřebišti Znojmo Hradiště. Bylo zjišťováno, zda výskyt skořápek v hrobě souvisel s pohlavím či věkem zemřelého. Pohlaví bylo určováno u dospělých jedinců antropologicky a u dětí geneticky pomocí genu pro amelogenin a genu SRY. Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the anthropogenetic determination of sex, age and origin in individuals buried with eggshells at the Great Moravian site Znojmo-Hradiště. The aim was to determine whether the occurrence of eggshells in graves was related to the sex or age of the deceased. Sexes were determined anthropologically in adults and genetically in children using the amelogenin and SRY genes. Ages were …more
