Bakalářská práce se zabývá teoretickým rozborem jednotlivých forem trestů a jejich alternativ, ukládaných v současné době na území České republiky. The Bachelor's thesis deals with a theoretical analysis of individual forms of punishment and their alternatives currently imposed in the Czech Republic. It also monitors the economic burden of prison infrastructure in terms of public finances and a comparison of the cost of selected sentences with their alternatives.
