The comparison of loan and leasing financing as a source of financing company investment

Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je komparace úvěrového a leasingového financování podnikové investice. V aplikační části bakalářské práce se tak děje na základě financování konkrétní podnikové investice, kterou představuje komerční nemovitost. Teoretická část práce charakterizuje úvěr a leasing z pohledu jejich potencionálních výhod a nevýhod, druhů, členění a dává nám tak možnost uceleného teoretického pohledu na obě formy financování. Závěr bakalářské práce potom hodnotí poznatky získané v teoretické části společně s konkrétními výstupy aplikační části práce. Cílem je vybrat a doporučit investorovi jednu z porovnávaných variant financování konkrétní podnikové investice a současně toto doporučení zdůvodnit.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor thesis is a comparison of the loan and leasing financing of the company investment which means comparing these two external forms of financing. In the application part of the work it is described on the basis of financing a specific company investment which is presented by a commercial possesion. The character of the theoretical part of the work insists in the loan and leasing with view of their potential advantages and disadvantages, sorts and dividing, and so this offers us a possibility to see both of the forms of financing the whole theoretical point of view. The end of the work evaluates knowledge gained in the theoretical part together with the specific outputs of the application part of the work. The aim is to choose and recommend the investor one of the comparing varieties of a special company investment financing and contemporarily to make this recommendation reasonable.
