Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu pro otevření restauračního zařízení na Praze 2, které se zabývá přípravou brunche a kávy. Samotná práce je podklad pro budoucí podnikání autora po dokončení studia. Teoretická část bakalářské práce vysvětluje pojmy potřebné k podnikání a popisuje strukturu podnikatelského plánu. V praktické části bakalářské práce je zhotoven konkrétní podnikatelský plán podle použité odborné literatury, průzkumů, výzkumů a analýz. V závěru práce je uvedeno, zda by byl podnik v případě založení udržitelný a jestli se podnikání autorovi vyplatí.

Abstract:

The purpose of bachelor's thesis is elaboration of a business plan for opening a catering facility at Prague 2, which deals with preparation of brunch and coffee. This writing is a backround for future author's business after completing the studies. The theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis is explaining concepts needed for running a business and describing sctructure of the business plan. In the practical part of the bachelor's thesis is created a specific business plan according to professional literature, explorations, researches and analysis. At the end of the writing is stated if the company was in case of establishment sustainable and if it was worth creating.
