Diplomová práce pojednává o ochraně majetku nezletilého dítěte, resp. ne plně svéprávného, ve vazbě na právo na výživné od rodiče de lege lata, ale také v souvislosti s právní úpravou této oblasti dnes již neplatným zákonem o rodině ve znění pozdějších předpisů, zejména novely z roku 1998. This thesis deals with the protection of a minor child, in relation to the right to maintenance from parents de lege lata, but also in the context of legislation in this area. Especially now invalid code of family law, as amended , in particular, the amendment of 1998.
