Analysis and identifying the parameters influencing the selection of CPM tools in the enterprise

Abstract:

Hlavními cílem a současně přínosem práce je doporučení vhodného nástroje, který naplní stanovené požadavky konkrétního podniku. Abych dosáhl hlavního cíle, a tedy i přínosu diplomové práce, stanovil jsem si dva cíle. Prvním cílem je analýza připravenosti podniku na implementaci CPM nástroje. Druhým cílem práce je analýza CPM nástrojů a doporučení vhodného nástroje v závislosti na podnikové připravenosti. Pro dosažení prvního cíle jsem provedl analýzy současného přístupu k hodnocení připravenosti firem na implementaci CPM nástroje. V závislosti na analýzy současného přístupu jsem definoval metodiku pro analýzu připravenosti podniku vycházející ze znalostních modelů oblastí CPM. Tato metodika byla vstupem pro analýzu konkrétního podniku. Analýzu nástrojů CPM jsem řešil rozšířením současného poznání v dané oblasti. Sestavil jsem metodiku, která hodnotí nástroje CPM komplexně. Na základě této metodiky jsem provedl analýzu vybraných CPM nástrojů. Výsledkem analýz bylo doporučení implementovat nástroj BNS od Inekon do konkrétního podniku. Zjistil jsem, že metodiky lze uplatnit v praxi, a jsou použitelné pro výběr vhodného nástroje. Z analýz nástrojů CPM, vyšel vítězně nástroj BNS, a to hlavně díky jeho nízké ceně.

Abstract:

The main aim and the benefit the thesis is appropriate recommendations the CPM tool that meets the requirements of the company. To achieve the aim, and also the contribution of the thesis, I set two goals. The first goal is to analyze the company readiness to implement the CPM tool. The second goal the thesis is the analysis of CPM tools and recommendations to the appropriate CPM tolls based on corporate preparedness. To achieve the first objective, I was analysing the current approach to the assessment of the readiness of enterprise to implement CPM tools. Depending on the analysis of the current approach, I set a methodology to analyse the readiness based maturity models for the CPM. This methodology has been input for the analysis of the enterprise. Analysis of the CPM tools was solved by extending the current knowledge in the field. I have set a methodology to evaluate CPM tools comprehensively. I analysed selected CPM tolls based on the methodology. The result of the analysis was to implement CPM toll BNS from Inekon to the enterprise I found that the methodology can be applied in practice, and are useful for the selection of a suitable tool. The CPM analysis tools, emerged victorious tool BNS, mainly because of its low valuable.
