Tato diplomová práce se zabývá ucelením právní úpravy služebního poměru vojáka z povolání a přiblížení vzniku, průběhu a zániku vojáka z povolání civilní populaci, která vychází především ze zákona č. 221/1999 Sb.. This diploma thesis deals with the comprehensive legal regulation of the service relationship of a professional soldier and the elucidation of the formation, course, and termination of a professional soldier to the civilian population, which is based primarily on Act No. 221/1999 Coll.
