Hlavním cílem práce bylo na základě provedených analýz dvou potenciálních zahraničních trhů vybrat prostředí vhodné pro firmu MFI. Navrhnout strategii vstupu firmy na vybraný trh. The main purpose of this thesis is to set a correct strategy for MFI to enter foreign markets so that the company knows where to find basic information and help before signing a contract with a foreign partner. Findings from the theoretical part are applied to a selected company in order to demonstrate the manageability of described steps.
