Předmětem této bakalářská práce je seznámení se s brownfields v okrese Karlovy Vary a jejich následná analýza. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. První část je věnována pojmu brownfields, jeho definicí, dělením, významem, příčinami vzniku a možnostem financování případné regenerace. The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to provide an introduction to brownfields in Karlovy Vary district and their subsequent analysis. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The first part is dedicated to the concept of brownfields, their definition, categorisation, significance, causes behind their existence, and possibilities of financing possible regeneration.
