Tématem bakalářské práce je subsidiarita trestní represe a její uplatnění pro praxi. Tato je zakotvena v trestním zákoníku - z. č. 40/2009 Sb., který je s judikaturou hlavním zdrojem informací v této problematice. The topic of the bachelor thesis is subsidiarity of criminal repression and its application to practice. This is enshrined in the Criminal Code - Act No. 40/2009 Coll., which, together with case law, is the main source of information on this issue.
