Human resources management: Implementation of Compliance

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na implementaci compliance programu do konkrétní společnosti. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část této práce se zabývá vymezením pojmu compliance, významem, přínosy, zásadami a elementy compliance programu a dále tématy, jako jsou etický kodex, česká legislativa týkající se compliance. Praktická část se soustředí na stanovení vhodných postupů k implementaci, samotnou implementaci a následně i monitorování compliance programu v konkrétní společnosti. Tento projekt bude vypracován dle zásad projektového řízení. Cílem této práce je úplná implementace compliance programu do společnosti.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is aimed on implementation of the Compliance program into particular company. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on definition of compliance, significance of compliance, benefits, principles and elements of compliance program as well as themes such as code of ethics, czech compliance legislation. The practical part focuses on identifying the appropriate procedures for implementation, implementation itself, and subsequent monitoring of the compliance program in the particular company. This project is elaborate according to the principles of project management. The aim of this thesis is complete implementation of compliance program into company.
