Recruitment, selection and adaptation of the employees in Kabelovna Děčín Podmokly s.r.o. company.
Abstract:
Práce pojednává o nezaměstnanosti v ústeckém kraji a podrobněji o nezaměstnanosti absolventů a mladistvých v Ústeckém kraji. Dále se zaměřuje se na spolupráci podniku se střední průmyslovou školou a navrhli spolupráci, která by mohla urychlit proces náboru a výběru a zjednodušit adaptaci pracovníků v podniku.
Abstract:
This work deals with unemployment and especially with unemployment of graduates in Ústí region. This work is also aimed on cooperation of the company and high industrial school, which could make the process of recruitment and selection of employees faster and their adaptation in company easier.
