Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na posouzení možností zaměstnávání studentů, zejména na využití daňového zvýhodnění studentů. V teoretické části jsou jednotlivé typy pracovních smluv specifikovány, dále je vysvětlen status studenta a možnosti využití minimalizace daňového zatížení u studentů. This work is focused on possibility of employment for studets, especially on tax benefits for students. The contracts which are suitable for students are specified in the first part of this work. Than is explain status who is a student and possibility how to minimize a tax burder for them.
