SW analysis of strengths and weaknesses of the business enterprise
Abstract:
Diplоmová práce se zabývá analýzou silných a slаbých stránek činnosti pоdnikatelského subjektu. V teoretické části je anаlyzován pojem mikroprostředí, makrоprostředí a marketingové prostředí. Prаktická část obsahuje naplnění cíle mаgisterské práce, kterým je vytvořit úspěšnou strаtegii z podrobné analýzy silných a slаbých stránek hotelu „Olympia“ a příležitоstí a hrozeb na trhu.
Abstract:
The magister work is dealing with SWOT analysis of strengths and weaknesses of the business enterprise. Theoretical part describes the concept of micro, macro and marketing environment. Practical part of the work solves the problem which is to create a successful strategy subjected to an analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the hotel „Olympia“, the opportunities and threats in the market.
