Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce byla vypracována na téma: ?Zařízení pro dvouosý tah.? Cílem této práce bylo navrhnout zařízení (přípravek) pro zkoušení elastomerních materiálů. V první části teorie nás práce obeznámí s pojmem ?elastomery?, seznámí nás s jejich historií a vysvětlí zákonitosti jejich mechanického chování. V další části se práce věnuje zkoušení elastomerů, typům zkušebních čelistí a zařízení, druhům zkoušek a jejich podstatě. V praktické části tedy navrhuji Zařízení pro dvouosý tah (Equibiaxial pension testing devi-ce), do kterého se budou upínat zkušební vzorky pryže tvaru krychle, zkoušené na dvouosý tah. Tvar a rozměry navrženého zařízení jsou zdokumentovány na výrobních výkresech, které se nachází v příloze. Dále je zde kontrola navrženého zařízení a popis průběhu zkoušky, při které bude otesto-vána funkčnost navrženého zařízení.

Abstract:

This work theme is: 'The biaxial tension. " The aim of this work was to design and device for testing of elastomeric materials and eva-luate its performance. In the first part of our work there is theory about the term "elastomers", we learn about their history and explain the laws governing their mechanical behavior. The next part deals with the testing of elastomers, the types of test dies and equipment, types of tests and their nature. The practical part of it I suggest equipment for biaxial tension (Equibiaxial pension testing device) in which to test samples of rubber clamped cubic biaxial test on the move. The shape and dimensions of proposed facilities are documented on the production dra-wings, which are located in the appendixes. Then there is the control of the proposed facility and a description of the tests, which will be tested at the design's facilities.
