Diplomová práce se zabývá daňovými povinnostmi, které stíhají insolvenčního správce v souvislosti s majetkovou podstatou. Obsah majetkové podstaty je totiž často předmětem daně a osoba s dispozičním oprávněním vystupuje vůči správci daně jako daňový subjekt i v průběhu insolvenčního řízení. Abstract:
This thesis deals with tax duties of a bankruptcy trustee during the bankruptcy proceedings in correlation with the bankruptcy assets. Bankruptcy assets are often subjected to taxes, and a person authorized in bankruptcy proceedings acts toward the tax administrator as a tax subject even during the bankruptcy proceedings.
