Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá využitím konceptu Industry 4.0, který se snaží integrovat nové technologie do výrobních zařízení tak, aby přinesly řadu výhod, jako je zvýšení efektivity nebo produktivity. Hlavním cílem práce je vyvinout platformu Digital Daily Management System (DDMS), která digitálně transformuje stávající papírovou verzi Daily Management System (DMS) pomocí dat získaných ze senzorů pro následnou analýzu a vizualizaci. Na základě požadavků a související literatury bylo navrženo a implementováno řešení. Dalším cílem bylo vybrat metodu pro predikci výkonnosti a rizika dat na principech metody Monte Carlo (MC) jako budoucí část DDMS. Po navržení a implementaci analýz MC a Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) byly obě metody porovnány. Na základě vhodnosti pro vypočítané KPI hodnoty ze shromážděných dat byla zvolena metoda MC jako adekvátní, ale MCMC se ukázala jako slibnější z hlediska přesnosti odhadů pro budoucí vývoj.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the use of the concept of Industry 4.0, which is trying to integrate new technologies in production facilities to bring many benefits such as increased efficiency or productivity. The main goal of the thesis is to develop the Digital Daily Management System (DDMS) platform, which digitally transforms the existing paper-based Daily Management System (DMS) using data obtained from the sensors for analysis and visualisation. Based on requirements and related literature, a solution was designed and implemented. Another goal was to select a method for performance and data risk prediction using the principles of the Monte Carlo (MC) method as a future part of the DDMS. After designing and implementing MC and Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) analyses, both methods were compared. Based on the suitability for calculated KPIs from collected data, the MC method was chosen as adequate, but the MCMC showed to be more promising in terms of estimations accuracy for future development.
