Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vyvlastnění a omezení vlastnického práva. Za tímto účelem je rozdělena do pěti kapitol. První kapitola se věnuje vymezení pojmů, které jsou klíčové pro pochopení diplomové práce. This thesis focuses on expropriation and restriction of property rights. For this purpose, it is divided into five chapters. The first chapter deals with the definition of terms that are key to understanding the thesis.
