Abstract:
Práce se zabývá funkcionalistickou vilou od architekta Jaroslava Fragnera, postavenou v letech 1931-1932 pro inženýra Václava Budila v Kostelci nad Černými lesy. Krom popisu stavby a jejího vývoje se práce zaměřuje na život stavebníka a jeho vztah k architektovi. Abstract:
The thesis deals with the functionalist villa, designed by architect Jaroslav Fragner, built in 1931-1932 for the engineer Václav Budil in Kostelec nad Černými lesy. Besides the description of the building and its development the thesis focuses on the life of the builder and his relationship with the architect.
