Předmětem diplomové práce „Identifikace zaměstnanců s konkrétním podnikem“ je ana-lyzovat a kriticky zhodnotit úroveň organizační identifikace (OI) ve vybraném podniku. Teoretická část rozebírá koncept organizační identifikace, individuálních i organizačních hodnot, employer brandu, image organizace a jejich vzájemné propojení.
