Abstract:
Práce se zabývá strategickou analýzou obce Svitávka. Výsledkem práce bylo navržení kompletního plánu strategického rozvoje obce. Sestavení strategického plánu vycházelo z provedené situační analýzy obce, SWOT analýzy a analýzy rozpočtu obce. Zpracování SWOT analýzy bylo provedeno na základě dotazníkového šetření. The paper deals with strategic analysis of municipality Svitávka. The main goal was proposing full plan of strategic development of municipality. The strategic plan was based on the situation analysis of the municipality, SWOT analysis and analysis of the municipality budget. The SWOT analysis was based on questionnaire survey.
