Development of motor abilities of football referees regarding the health aspects of this sport
Abstract:
Tématem práce je rozvoj motorických schopností rozhodčího fotbalu s ohledem na zdravotní hledisko. Obsahuje dvoutýdenní tréninkovou jednotku zaměřenou na rozvoj úrovně silových, rychlostních a vytrvalostních schopností a zásobník kompenzačních cvičení pro eliminaci možných zranění.
Abstract:
The theme is the development of motor abilities of football referees regarding the health aspects of this sport. The purpose was to create a training unit focused on increasing the level of selected motor skills and creating a reservoir of compensation exercises to eliminate potencional injuries.
