Suspicious and dangerous shipments when securing postal services

Abstract:

Předmětem této diplomové práce jsou nebezpečné a podezřelé zásilky. Cílem této diplomové práce je na základě analýzy zásad a postupů pro identifikaci podezřelé a nebezpečné zásilky při zajištění poštovních služeb, a to konkrétně u společnosti Česká pošta, vypracovat soubor doporučení. V teoretické části práce je popsána poštovní zásilka, služby, podezřelé a nebezpečné zásilky, proces manipulace a preventivní systém pro analýzu rizik. V praktické části je popsána vybraná firma. Je provedena kvalitativní analýza vnitropodnikových dat, na což navazuje analýza názorů tří vybraných pracovníků České pošty na úseku bezpečnosti. V závěru jsou informace zhodnoceny a je stanoveno doporučení.

Abstract:

The subject of this thesis is dangerous and suspicious shipments. The aim of this diploma thesis is to develop a set of recommendations based on an analysis of the principles and procedures for identifying suspicious and dangerous parcels in the provision of postal services, specifically at the Česká pošta company. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the postal shipment, services, suspicious and dangerous shipments, the handling process and the preventive system for risk analysis are described. The selected company is described in the practical part. A qualitative analysis of internal company data is carried out, which is followed by an analysis of the opinion of three selected Czech Post employees in the security department. At the end, the information is evaluated and a recommendation is made.
