Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá významem, úlohou a rolí vnitřních zdrojů u podniků zřizovaných ÚSC. Problematika byla řešena na dvou modelových podnicích sektoru služeb, které mají odlišnou právní formu. S využitím VRIO modelu byly identifikovány vnitřní zdroje, které jsou pro řízení podniků významné a mohou přinášet konkurenční výhodu. Výsledky prokázaly, že významným vnitřním zdrojem, který by měl přinášet konkurenční výhodu, jsou lidské zdroje. Příspěvkové organizaci by navíc měly konkurenční výhodu přinášet technologické zdroje. U obou podniků byly za významné prokázány finanční zdroje a z toho důvodu na VRIO model navázala finanční analýza. Finanční analýza ukázala, že oba modelové podniky jsou v dobré finanční kondici. Zajímavé výsledky ukázala komparace způsobů financování obou právních forem, kde je důležité zohlednit stanovení účelu, za kterým je organizace založena. Lze konstatovat, že efektivní využívání vnitřních zdrojů je závislé na právní formě organizace, vlastníkovi organizace, ale i předmětu podnikání.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the meaning, role and role of internal resources in enterprises established by the ÚSC. The problem was solved at two model enterprises of the service sector, which have a different legal form. Using the VRIO model, internal resources were identified that are important for business management and can bring a competitive advantage. The results showed that human resources are an important internal resource that should bring competitive advantage. In addition, technological resources should bring a competitive advantage to the non-profit organization. For both companies, financial resources were proven to be significant, and for that reason the VRIO model was followed by a financial analysis. The financial analysis showed that both model enterprises are in good financial condition. A comparison of the financing methods of both legal forms showed interesting results, where it is important to take into account the determination of the purpose for which the organization is founded. It can be stated that the effective use of internal resources depends on the legal form of the organization, the owner of the organization, but also the subject of business.
