Process Management as a Tool for Business Development
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na návrh postupu implementace metodiky procesního řízení do vybraného podniku. Teoreticko-metodologická část je vyhrazena aktuálním přístupům z oblasti řízení procesů a komparuje procesní řízení s tradičním funkčním řízením. Analyticko-praktická část vyhodnotí u vybraného podniku připravenost zavedení procesního řízení a navrhne postup implementace.

Bachelor thesis is focused on the proposal of implementation of business process management to the selected company.
