Legal regulation of the electronic payments
Abstract:
Práce popisuje právní regulaci elektronického platebního styku v České republice a Evropské unii. Zaměřuje se na elektronické peníze a subjekty, které je vydávají. Řeší zároveň případné mimosoudní řešení sporů před Finančním arbitrem a jeho právní úpravu. Popisuje ochranu osobních údajů v platebním systému.
Abstract:
Thesis describes legal regulation of the electronic payments in the Czech Republic as well as in the EU. It focuses on electronic money and subjects they generate it. Thesis also deals with possible out-of-court dispute settlements when describes financial arbitration process and its legal regulation. It describes data protection within the payment system.
