Pandemická situace vytvořila specifické podmínky, které znemožnily standardní fungování kulturních institucí, a přinutila je ke změně v zavedeném fungování a myšlení. Diplomová práce studuje, do jaké míry se byly instituce schopny přizpůsobit a neztratit plynulý kontakt vně i uvnitř instituce. Výzkum analyzuje tři vybrané instituce. Abstract:
The covid-19 pandemic created specific conditions that made the standard operation of cultural institutions impossible and forced them to change their established management and thinking. The thesis studies the ability of the institutions to adapt and not lose fluid contact outside and inside the structure. The research analyses three selected institutions.
