Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá výběrem a používáním rostlinných olejů v teplé a studené kuchyni. Cílem práce bylo zjistit použití rostlinných olejů pro studenou a teplou kuchyni v populaci. A take podle čeho lidé vybírají rostlinné oleje.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the selection and use of vegetable oils in hot and cold cuisine. The aim of the thesis was to find out the use of vegetable oils for cold and hot cooking in the population. And take according to what people choose vegetable oils.
