Communication audit

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je zaměřit se na hodnocení interní a externí problémové komunikace vybrané organizace za určité období, tj. vytvořit komunikační audit. Práce bude rozdělena na teoreticko – metodickou část a aplikační část. V teoretické části je za pomoci odborné literatury popsán veškerý význam slov, které s bakalářskou prací souvisí. Jedná se o význam slova komunikace, interní komunikaci, externí komunikaci a o komunikační audit. Dále se budu koncentrovat na identifikaci problému s přihlédnutím ke specifikům firmy POEX Velké Meziříčí a. s. V řešení mi pomůže vhodný výběr metod a sběr údajů o efektivitě komunikace. Zjištěné informace vyhodnotím, zjistím silné a slabé stránky komunikace a následně navrhnu opatření pro společnost. Pro výzkum využiji metody kvantitativní, kvalitativní (rozhovor, dotazníkové šetření) a kombinované.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor work is to focus on the assessment of the internal and external communication in the chosen company over a certain period, i.e., to create the communication audit. The work will be divided into the theoretical-methodological section and the application section. In the theoretical section the meaning of the terms related to this bachelor work are described with the aid of the specialized literature. It concerns the meaning of the terms communication, internal communication, external communication and communication audit. Further, I will focus on the problem identification, considering the specifics of the company POEX Velké Meziříčí a. s. In order to find a solution, I will use a proper selection of methods and acquisition of data on the communication effectiveness. The data collected will be evaluated, strengths and weaknesses in communication will be identified and remedy measures will be suggested for the company. For the research, quantitative, qualitative (interview and questionnaire survey) and combined methods will be used.
