Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vnitřní předpisy územního samosprávného celku. Konkrétně se jedná o Statutární město Kladno s přenesenou působností vykonávanou Magistrátem města Kladna. Teoretická část se zabývá veřejným sektorem, jeho cíli, úkoly a specifiky. Dále je vysvětlen pojem územní samosprávný celek (obec a kraj) se zaměřením na jeho práva, povinnosti a orgány. The bachelor thesis examines internal regulations of territorial self-governing unit. Specifically, it concerns with the Statutory City of Kladno with delegated authority performed by the Municipality of Kladno.
