Práce je zaměřená na budování dodavatelsko-odběratelských vztahů ve společnosti Lloyd Coils Europe s důrazem na práci jednotlivce – nákupčího, který odpovídá za celý nákupní proces od výběru vhodného dodavatele, přes úspěšnou implementaci až po hladký průběh dodávek. The theses is focused on supplier-customer partnership building in the Lloyd Coils Europe company with emphasis on individual work – buyer who is responsible for the whole purchasing process from suitable supplier selection, past successful implementation so far smooth delivery running.
