Předmětem diplomové práce je vývoj práva v nacistickém Německu. Zabývá se vlivem nacistické ideologie a jejích principů na chápání právního řádu, státu a národa, dále se zabývá právně filozofickými myšlenkami, které se na podobě práva velice podepsaly, a také přeměnou státního aparátu v duchu nacismu. The subject of this master thesis is the development of law in Nazi Germany. It deals with the influence of Nazi ideology and its principles to the understanding of the rule of law, state and nation, it also deals with legal philosophical ideas that the very form of the right sign and transformation of the state apparatus in the spirit of Nazism.
