Tato práce se věnuje vybraným problémům WTO a jeho dohod. První, kratší část je zaměřena na představení WTO a vysvětlení jejího fungování. Krátce se zaobírá i historickým vývojem WTO a co vedlo k vytvoření této organizace. V této části jsou rozebrány pojmy nezbytné pro pochopení fungování WTO. Abstract:
This thesis explores selected issues of WTO and its agreements. First part is fo-cused on presentation of WTO and explains how it works. Small part of it is dedi-cated to historic development of WTO and what led to the creation of this organi-zation.
