The Foreign Direct Investments in the Děčín District and the Ústí nad Labem District

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zhodnocení prostorové alokace přímých zahraničních investic do průmyslových podniků v okresech Děčín a Ústí nad Labem v letech 2013 a 2014. Hodnocena byla atraktivita jednotlivých průmyslových zón v tomto regionu. Pomocí finančních ukazatelů zde byla porovnána jednotlivá průmyslová odvětví, ve kterých se sledované podniky nacházely. Hlavním zdrojem pro zpracování této práce byly účetní závěrky podniků se zahraničním kapitálem, internetové stránky vybraných firem a také ty o průmyslových zónách. V okresech Děčín a Ústí nad Labem bylo v letech 2013 a 2014 38 společností se zahraničním kapitálem. Nejvíce z nich se nacházelo ve správním obvodu obce s rozšířenou působností Rumburk a Varnsdorf. Většina analyzovaných společností se zde nacházela mimo průmyslové zóny.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis was to evaluate the space allocation for industrial companies with direct foreing, investments in the Děčín and in the Ústí nad Labem district in 2013 and 2014. The attractiveness of the individual industrial zones in this region was also evaluated. With the help of financial indexes, we compared individual industrial sectors in which the selected companies belong. Main resources for the preparation of the work were financial reports of the companies with foreing capital, internet pages of selected companies and industrial zones. There was 38 comapies with foreing capital in Děčín and Ústí nad Labem district in years 2013 and 2014. Most of them were located in administrative district of municipalities with extended powers Rumburk and Varnsdorf. Most of the analyzed companied were situated outside industrial zones.
