Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce jsou trestné činy páchané na dětech. V rámci své studijní praxe u kriminální policie jsem se seznámila s vážností tohoto problému. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje sedm kapitol. V první kapitole jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, jako například mláděž, mladiství, zletilost a nezletilost. Druhá kapitola se zabývá postavením dítěte ve společnosti z pohledu historie a práva dítěte. Další kapitolou je fenomenologie a rozbor nejčastějších trestných činů páchaných na dětech, jako například znásilnění, týrání a zločiny proti morálce. Čtvrtá kapitola definuje příčiny trestných činů. Pátá kapitola popisuje děti jako oběti a navrhuje, jak jim pomoci. V další kapitole se zaměřuji na typy pachatelů. Poslední kapitola je o prevenci násilí proti dětem, která se dělí na primární, sekundární a terciální prevenci. V praktické části analyzuji data získaná z dotazníků a přikládám kazuistiky. Došla jsem k závěru,že prevence trestných činů páchaných na dětech je velmi důležitá, protože počet těchto činů neustále roste a děti se nemohou bránit samy.

Abstract:

The topic of my bachelor thesis is Crimes against children. As a temporary criminal police intern I encountered this issue and became aware of its seriousness. This work is divided into the theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part includes seven chapters. In the first chapter are explained basic concepts, such as youth, youthful, majority or minority. The second chapter describes children’s position in society throughout history, including children’s rights. The next chapter is about phenomenology and examines particular crimes against children, for example: rape, torture, crimes against morality. The fourth chapter defines the causes. The fifth chapter considers children as a crime victims and suggests how to help them. In next chapter I focus on types of offenders. The last chapter is about prevention of violence against children. It consists of primary, secondary and tertiary prevention. In the practical part I analyze the data obtained from questionnaires and attach two case studies. I have come to the conclusion that the prevention of crimes against children is very important because the rate of these crimes is still increasing and children cannot defend themselves alone.
