The importance of emotions in working behavior

Abstract:

Cílem práce bude objasnit, jaký význam mají emoce v pracovním chování. V úvodní části práce bude vymezen pojem emocí a emoční inteligence, budou popsány její základní složky a její význam pro vlastní osobnost i chování v interpersonálních vztazích. Problematika emocí bude dále vztažena k pracovnímu chování, především bude objasněn vliv emocí na přístup a motivaci k práci a na interpersonální vztahy na pracovišti. Ve druhé části práce bude představen výzkum realizovaný na vzorku respondentů pomocí dotazníkových a škálovacích metod. Zpracováním výzkumných dat budou hledány souvislosti mezi emocemi a pracovním chováním. Z výsledků budou vyvozeny závěry o významu emocí v kontextu práce.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to clarify the importance of emotions in working behavior. In the introductory part of the thesis, the concept of emotions and emotional intelligence will be defined, its basic components and its importance for personal personality and behavior in interpersonal relations will be described. The issue of emotions will also be related to work behavior, especially the influence of emotions on access and motivation to work and on interpersonal relationships at the workplace.In the second part of the thesis we will introduce research carried out on a sample of respondents using questionnaire and scaling methods. The processing of research data will explore the relationship between emotions and working behavior. conclusions will be drawn on the meaning of emotions in the context of work.
