Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o řízení výroby ve firmě PULS Investiční, s.r.o. Cílem této bakalářské práce je teoretické popsání řízení výroby a následně praktické popsání řízení výroby. Dalším cílem je popsání a ekonomické zhodnocení firmy a vyřešení úkolu, který byl zadán konzultantem ve firmě. Tato práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí.
