Bakalářská práce se zabývá popisem vývoje českého parlamentarismu a otázkami praktické činnosti Parlamentu České republiky. Popisuje vzájemný vztah mezi horní a dolní komorou a proces schvalování zákonů v českém parlamentním systému. Bachelor's thesis deals with the description of the development of the Czech parliamentarianism and issues practical activities to the Czech Republic. It describes the correlation between upper and lower chamber, and the approval process in the Czech Parliamentary Acts system.
