Abstract:
Bakalářská práce seznamuje s obecným právním pojetím stromu a informuje o právních náležitostech zacházení a péče o stromy. Pojednává o přestupcích a trestní odpovědnosti v oblasti zkoumané právní úpravy. V druhé části se věnuje právním aspektům vlastnictví stromu a jeho omezení, v souladu s právní úpravou podle judikatur. Bachelor thesis introduces a general legal concept of tree and inform the law of the treatment and care of trees. Discusses offenses and criminal liability in the area examined legislation.
